没现身“轻快铁相撞”事故现场而遭受诟病的国家基建公司（Prasarana）主席拿督斯里达祖丁，在周二上午的新闻发布会上，因仅带着透明口罩又引发网民的争议和炮轰！
目前达祖丁在记者会上解释没第一时间赶到现场的视频，已在社交媒体疯传，网民除了指责他不称职之外，更有不少网民炮轰他在公共场合仅戴透明面罩，却没戴口罩的行为已经违反标准作业程序（SOP）。

推特用户ilya指出：“面罩不能代替面罩，必须同时使用。麻木不仁又不专业，我为他感到羞耻。”

另有网民表示他此举没有公民意识，应该要开违反SOP的罚单给他。
甚至有一位推特用户Amar-Singh HSS直接标签卫生部，指称达祖丁未能在公共场所使用口罩，严重危害其他民众的安全，因此需要采取严厉的行动，不然会有更多人跟风这种不良行为。

面罩不能代替口罩使用
还有神通广大的网民还扒拉出达祖丁戴着的透明面罩，相信是名为“Vue Shield”的同款，不仅价值不菲（售价RM169），而且最大的功能是防止紫外线，也就是俗称的“防晒”。
同时这个产品的页面还特别注明，这个面罩不能用来代替口罩，只能在戴口罩后再戴上，来加强防护而已。
